  • Custom and Personalised Orders
    All full-price card orders are customisable - writing can be added on the inside, and the writing on the front can be personalised, for no added cost. However, if you would like the image on the card altered or customised, you would need to purchase the Custom Card Design listing.Stickers cannot be personalised. The text on full-price Prints can be altered, but not prints that are on sale.Any items that are bought on sale cannot be personalised.
  • Wholesale Availability
    I offer a wholesale rate for large-order and retail customers. Contact me for wholesale requests.
  • Packaging
    Envelopes are included with all card orders, one per card. All card, sticker and print orders are sent in card-backed envelopes. All custom painting orders are sent in a carefully packaged box, within the guidlines of UK Royal Mail Large Letter sizing. For plastic-free delivery, see below.
  • Plastic-Free and Eco-Friendly Postage
    For plastic-free shipping, add a note to your order requesting it, or send me a message after purchase if you forget. I'm slowly phasing out plastic in my sticker packaging, but trying to use the last of it so it doesn't go straight to waste! All cards and prints are fully plastic free already.
  • Tracking numbers
    I offer a tracked shipping upgrade for all items. For orders within the UK this means you will receive a tracking number as well as expedited postage. For all international orders, you will receive a tracking number and the postage time will remain the same. If you haven't purchased the tracked shipping upgrade, I am unable to provide tracking numbers for your order as they will not exist.
  • Returns and Exchanges
    I don't accept returns, exchanges or late cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. It's the buyers responsibility to make sure the correct delivery address is used at check out, and replacements are unable to be sent to correct addresses if this mistake is made.
  • Processing Times
    The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies depending on the item. Non-custom orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase. Custom items vary, so for more details, see individual items.
  • Estimated Delivery Times
    United Kingdom: 1-2 business days North America: 5-10 business days Europe: 3-5 business days Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-10 business days I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose. Currently, Covid delays are making delivery estimates unpredictable, and delays are expected for all non-UK orders (currently, by around 1 to 2 weeks delay).
  • Customs and Import Taxes
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
